UC Plus Computer Telephony Integration

West Pier offers customers UC Plus which is a powerful unified communication software suite (Computer telephony integration or CTI). UC Plus allows users a high level of integration, communication and collaboration between their telephone system and their internal business system. Express

All the functionality you require. Get simple click - dial, transfer, hold, consult and others plus integration with Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes and Google Places.
Extra

All the features of the UC Plus Express license with excellent added features including preferred device selection, availability-based actions and the Presence window's combined view.
Fusion

With all the functionality of UC Plus Extra with many custom and standard CRM applications and databases. The Fusion licence allows instant access to relevant information making the end user experience so much more efficient resulting in savings in both time and money for the customer.
Operator Console

Full screen PC based Attendant Console that has been designed to improve the speed and efficiency of managing calls into a business. Operator console includes CRM integration, instant messaging and multi-site support.
Mobile

Google Android, Apple iOS and Windows Phone supported. Allows dialling and collaboration for mobile workers on the move, increasing availability, productivity and reducing costs.
