in customer service satisfaction surveys conducted by an independent body, for the last four consecutive years.
In order to receive this accreditation West Pier has had to consistently receive strong customer satisfaction results averaging more than 87%. Based on feedback
supplied by its customers, West Pier received 95%. In order to keep this highly sought after status for four years running West Pier were required to maintain
the minimum customer feedback score continuously over each 12-month period. This is assessed every 12 months to ensure West Pier is maintaining the same high
level of customer service each year.
