West Pier have once again been awarded the prestigious Partner in Customer Excellence accreditation by Avaya
for consistently achieving significantly higher than average scores in customer service satisfaction surveys conducted by an independent body, for the last four consecutive years.
Only one other Avaya Partner in the whole UK has also acheived this highest level of customer service accreditation award so you can be assured of a great experience when dealing with West Pier Telecom.
In order to receive this accreditation for the 2018 period West Pier has had to consistently receive strong customer satisfaction results averaging at least 87%. Based on feedback supplied by its customers, West Pier received 95%. In order to keep this highly sought after status West Pier were required to maintain the minimum customer feedback score continuously over the last 12-month period. This is assessed every 12 months to ensure West Pier is maintaining the same high level of customer service each year.
