In partnership with Telephone Trainers, we are pleased to introduce the 3CX Telephone Service, a comprehensive solution designed to meet all your communication needs.

Whether you're a desk worker needing to get the best out of your handset, a homeworker wanting to fully utilise your PC based softphone, a switchboard operator needing to manage company calls, a manager needing to understand how to monitor staff, build wallboards and meet service levels, or an IT department needing to program and maintain the company telephone system, we've got you covered.

We offer on-site training anywhere in the country, live remote sessions, and via the Telecoms E-Learning Academy. All guides and manuals will be supplied via email. They can be tailored and logoed to by request prior to the training if available in printable versions. Some may only be available via a link. These cannot be amended. Full custom created guides can also be created, this service involves a charge and will need to be quoted based on needs.


Go-Live / Floorwalking / Bring into Service

Experience a seamless transition with our Go-Live day support. Our team will be on hand to provide support for switchboard operators, assist individuals, answer any questions, troubleshoot problems, and ensure a smooth adoption of the new technology.


3CX Handset & Voicemail End User

Our 3CX Handset & Voicemail End User training provides a basic understanding of the end user functionality for the 3CX handsets and voicemail. Learn about features such as basic call handling, transferring, accessing voicemail internally and externally, setting up a new voicemail box, and retrieving messages.


3CX Web Client/App & Voicemail Only (Basic User)

We offer training for the 3CX Web Client/App & Voicemail, which includes understanding the layout of the 3CX User Web Client, presence and chats, call handling, contacts, forwarding and DND, recent calls, BLF configuration, audio & video settings, UC meetings, viewing your user panel, queues, visual voicemail and recording greetings, and recordings.


3CX Phone for Windows & Voicemail Only (Basic User)

Our 3CXPhone for Windows & Voicemail training covers similar features as the 3CX Web Client/App & Voicemail training, but is specifically designed for users of the 3CXPhone for Windows.


Handset, Voicemail and 3CX Web Client/App

This comprehensive training covers the use of the 3CX handset, voicemail, and 3CX User Web Client. It includes all the features mentioned in the individual trainings, providing a holistic understanding of the 3CX telephone service.
